Nothing sends before it is tested
We test through the same form, phone number, and reply path a customer will use. A workflow preview is not a launch test.
About Ascendry
Ascendry builds the website, CRM, follow-up, payment, and marketing systems busy service businesses rarely have time to connect themselves. We are based in St. George, Utah, and work with service companies across the United States.
The honest version
We do not have hundreds of client logos, years of case studies, or a wall of reviews. Pretending otherwise would make every conversation after the first one harder.
What we can show is a working website build, the CRM workflows running on a real screen, and the arithmetic behind a processing review. Those are checkable before you trust us with anything larger.
Early clients work directly with the founder, see exactly what is being built, and approve the messages and decisions that affect their customers.
Founder
Founder · St. George, Utah
Luke Fairbanks founded Ascendry to make the useful parts of agency work feel less like hiring an agency. One person is responsible for understanding the problem, writing down the plan, and making sure the finished system behaves the way the business approved.
The focus is service companies because the failure points are concrete. A phone rings while somebody is on a job. An estimate goes quiet. A finished customer is never asked for a review. Each problem can be mapped, built, tested, and measured.

We test through the same form, phone number, and reply path a customer will use. A workflow preview is not a launch test.
Messages, stages, triggers, costs, and ownership are written down. You approve anything that speaks to your customers.
We do not force GoHighLevel to replace field-service software that already handles dispatch, job costing, or routing better.
Customer data is yours. The agreement explains export, migration, and sub-account handoff before the build begins.
Start with the work
