Site content and quiz results are general information, not legal, tax, accounting, financial, or professional advice. A recommendation on the site is a starting point for a conversation, not a promise of a particular result or a binding offer. Prices, scope, timelines, and responsibilities for paid work are established in a separate written agreement.

Submitting an inquiry

You agree to provide information that is accurate and that you are authorized to share. Submitting a form does not create a client, fiduciary, employment, partnership, or agency relationship. We may decline or stop responding to requests that are fraudulent, abusive, unlawful, or outside the services we provide.

Email and text messages

The Ascendry text-messaging program is operated by Ascendry Consulting LLC. If you provide contact information, we may use it to respond by email or phone. Text messages are sent only for the choices you make using the optional, separate consent boxes on our forms. Non-marketing texts may include consultation confirmations, appointment reminders, customer care replies, and service notifications related to your inquiry or account. Marketing texts may include special offers, discounts, and service updates.

Message frequency may vary, and message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to opt out. After an opt-out request, we may send one confirmation and then no further messages unless you opt in again. Reply HELP for help or email hello@ascendry.us. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Please review how we handle mobile information and consent in our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

You may not use the site to:

• Break the law, infringe another person’s rights, or submit information without authority.
• Probe, disrupt, overload, or bypass the site’s security or rate limits.
• Introduce malicious code, automate abusive submissions, or misrepresent your identity.
• Copy, scrape, republish, or exploit site content beyond what applicable law permits.

Our content and third-party services

The site, its original text, design, graphics, software, and branding are owned by Ascendry or used with permission. You may use public content for ordinary personal or internal business evaluation, but no ownership rights are transferred to you.

The site may rely on or link to third-party platforms. We do not control their services, availability, policies, or content. References to platforms such as HighLevel do not imply that the platform sponsors or guarantees Ascendry’s work.

Disclaimers and limits

The site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties regarding uninterrupted availability, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee leads, revenue, rankings, advertising performance, payment savings, or other business outcomes.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ascendry and its members, employees, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost- profit damages arising from the public site. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any paid engagement is governed by its own agreement, including the remedies and limits stated there.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by Utah law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. We may update these terms as the site or our practices change; the date at the top shows the latest revision. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
