Managed CRM and automation

A customer system built around your company, then maintained for you.

Ascendry gives your team one branded place to manage leads and customer conversations. We custom build it around the way your company works, connect the pieces, train your team, and maintain it after launch.

Software alone does not fix a broken follow-up process.

Most platforms give you a long list of features and leave your team to turn them into a working process. That usually becomes another project nobody has time to finish.

Ascendry starts with how leads enter your company, who owns the next step, and where customers currently fall through. We build the system around those realities and remain responsible for keeping it useful.

What changes

The parts of the day the system should handle.

Leads stop disappearing

New inquiries reach the right person and stay visible until somebody owns the next step.

Follow-up becomes consistent

Customers hear from your company at the right moments without relying on somebody to remember.

Conversations stay together

Calls, forms, texts, and messages are easier for the team to see and continue from one place.

The team knows what is next

Clear ownership and simple stages make the system usable without turning every employee into an administrator.

Less manual admin

Routine communication and handoffs happen in the background while your team handles the work that needs judgment.

The system keeps improving

Ascendry maintains the setup, helps solve problems, and updates it as your company changes.

The workflow

Built for your company, not sold off the shelf

You tell us how the business works. We turn that into a system your team can use and continue supporting it after launch.

  1. Step 1

    Understand the business

We learn how customers find you, how your team responds, what tools already work, and where opportunities get lost.

  2. Step 2

    Design your system

We shape the customer journey, responsibilities, communication, and reporting around your actual operation.

  3. Step 3

    Build and connect it

Ascendry configures the platform, connects agreed lead sources and tools, and prepares it under your company settings.

  4. Step 4

    Launch with your team

We test the customer experience, train the people using it, and make sure everyone knows what they own.

  5. Step 5

    Maintain and improve

We stay involved after launch to maintain workflows, solve issues, and adjust the system as the business grows.

The build

What your Ascendry system includes

The software is included, but the value is the custom build, launch, and ongoing ownership around it.

  • An Ascendry-branded CRM your team can access
  • A customer journey fitted to your services, team, and sales process
  • Lead sources and approved business tools connected where practical
  • Customer follow-up and internal handoffs built around your company
  • One place for the team to see conversations and next steps
  • User access, launch preparation, and team training
  • Import planning and customer-data organization
  • Testing before customer-facing workflows go live
  • Ongoing maintenance, improvements, and consulting

Buying software versus having a business system managed

Buying software gives you tools. Ascendry takes responsibility for turning the tools into a working part of your company and keeping them that way.

Doing it yourself

This can work when somebody on your team has the time and experience to own the system from setup through maintenance.

  • Choose the software and design the process
  • Build, test, and document the setup
  • Train users and troubleshoot problems
  • Maintain everything as the business changes

The Ascendry managed system

We provide the branded platform, custom implementation, and ongoing help. Your team approves the business decisions and uses the result.

  • Custom built around your company
  • Launch and team training included
  • Ongoing maintenance and support
  • Clear data and exit terms in the agreement

When a managed customer system is the right call

A good fit when

  • You are already paying for leads and need faster response and consistent follow-up.
  • You want calls, forms, texts, and ad leads visible in one place.
  • You need a person responsible for setup, testing, and maintenance.
  • You can name the owner of each new lead and the person who monitors replies.

Probably the wrong fit when

  • You only need scheduling, dispatch, job costing, or invoicing.
  • You want every possible software feature switched on from day one.
  • You do not have permission to contact the list you want to import.
  • You want software to replace all judgment, customer service, or sales conversations.

Questions before a call

What software powers the Ascendry system?

GoHighLevel is the underlying technology. Ascendry brands, configures, connects, and maintains it as part of our managed service, so your team receives a working Ascendry system instead of an empty software account.

Is access to the software included?

Access to the Ascendry-managed system is included in your quote. Usage-based charges such as phone, text, email, AI, and advertising are listed separately so you can see what changes with volume.

What happens to my data if I leave Ascendry?

Your customer data remains yours. Export and migration terms are written into the agreement before setup begins, so you know what the handoff looks like before launch.

Can GoHighLevel replace Jobber or Housecall Pro?

Sometimes, but that should not be the default assumption. GoHighLevel is strongest at lead capture, communication, sales pipelines, follow-up, and marketing. Field-service products are often better at dispatch, routing, job costing, and operational detail.

Is every company given the same setup?

No. We use proven building blocks, then fit the system to your services, team, lead sources, working hours, and existing tools. Customer-facing communication is tested and approved before launch.

How long does a managed setup take?

The target is two to three weeks for a normal setup. Phone registration, data quality, and third-party integrations can change that timeline. You get the dependency list before work begins.

What the call is

  • We share our screen and show you the CRM actually running, with the automatic follow-up switched on. You watch it work rather than hearing us describe it.
  • The Draper site end to end, including what happens when a lead arrives.
  • If you bring a processing statement, we work out your real rate on the call.

No slides, nothing to sign on the call, and nothing to install.
